How does MOSAIC therapy work?
MOSAIC therapy draws on neuroscience to soothe painful memories and establish a new emotional balance through three complementary mechanisms.
Bilateral stimulations
Eye movements, sounds or alternating taps (right/left) that help regulate emotions, synchronize brain activity and establish inner safety.
Neural synchronization
These stimulations create a synchronization of brain networks, allowing the brain to process difficult memories in a secure state.
Activating an internal resource
The therapist helps the person strengthen a beneficial bodily sensation — calm, solidity, lightness... This new experience becomes the reference that replaces the initial painful reaction.
The MOSAIC difference
Unlike therapies that rely on exposure to traumatic memories, MOSAIC therapy offers a different path.
It mobilizes the person's internal resources and promotes neural synchronization, allowing relief without reliving the suffering.
MOSAIC stands out through its solution-focused and integrative approach: it does not remain centered on the problem and combines contributions from various recognized approaches (such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, hypnosis, Gestalt, among others).
This integration of neuroscience and validated therapies makes the method adaptable to many issues, whether dealing with trauma, anxiety, burnout or other psychological suffering.
MOSAIC therapy addresses many psychological and emotional difficulties, for example:

Testimonials
The experience of those who chose MOSAIC
Shanti R.
Clinical Psychologist (13)
"The MOSAIC approach is stunning, in its results, and very gentle for people who experience it and find well-being and a lot of hope from the first session. As a therapist, it is pleasant to perceive their calm, but also to accompany their access to luminous states of consciousness."
Marie B. (94)
Patient, July 2025
"For years, I was very stressed in the metro and elevator when there were people. After just one MOSAIC session, everything changed: the next time, I got on the metro without even thinking about it. It was my daughter who pointed out that there were a lot of people... and I had felt no anxiety. Four months later, I have never experienced that stress again."
Brigitte O.
