Registration criteria and quality guarantees for the MOSAIC® practitioner directory
The MOSAIC® practitioner directory brings together health and helping professionals who have completed training dedicated to MOSAIC® therapy.
Each listing meets specific criteria guaranteeing quality of practice and respect for the MOSAIC® methodological framework.
MOSAIC® Therapy ensures the rigor of its practitioners' training, while reminding that each therapeutic encounter is unique and relies on the quality of the alliance between patient and therapist.
Directory Registration Criteria
Validated reference training
Have completed and validated the Reference module in MOSAIC® therapy, including:
- ✓2 days of e-learning training (theoretical part)
- ✓2 days of practical training (in-person or video conference)
- ✓Validation of knowledge through MCQ and supervised practice
Mandatory supervision
Have participated in at least one supervision session (individual or group) led by a certified MOSAIC® trainer.
Supervisions allow to:
- ✓Validate the correct application of the protocol
- ✓Correct interpretation or practice errors
- ✓Deepen understanding of complex clinical cases
Recognized professional qualification
Be a qualified and practicing mental health or helping professional:

Continuous supervision of practices (from 2026)
Remaining in the MOSAIC practitioners directory is subject to annual participation in supervision. This requirement is part of MOSAIC Therapy's commitment to rigorous, up-to-date and responsible practice:
- ✓A half-day group supervision
- ✓OR an individual supervision with Dr. Stéphanie KHALFA
Certified MOSAIC® Practitioners
Higher level of recognition
Some practitioners in the directory carry the designation "Certified MOSAIC® Practitioner".
This certification attests to a complete and in-depth pathway including:

- • Analysis of 2 clinical cases

💡 Note: All practitioners in the directory have, at minimum, completed the reference module (with supervision and 15 hours of practice). Certified practitioners have additionally completed a full 19-day pathway, including 4 specialization modules and multiple supervisions, and passed an in-depth final validation.
