Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (T&C) govern the contractual relationships between MOSAIC Therapy and any natural or legal person wishing to access the services offered on the therapiemosaic.com website, particularly professional training in the MOSAIC method.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Registration for a training course or use of the site services implies full and complete acceptance of these T&C. These terms prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly approved by MOSAIC Therapy.
3. Services Offered
MOSAIC Therapy offers:
- Professional training in the MOSAIC method
- In-person and e-learning training sessions
- Support for MOSAIC certification
- Access to an online training area
- Educational resources and documentation
4. Registration and Terms
4.1 Prerequisites
Training courses are intended for healthcare professionals and therapists. Specific prerequisites may be required depending on the training modules.
4.2 Registration Procedure
Registration is done via the online form or by direct contact with the training administration. Any registration must be confirmed by payment of training fees.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Training prices are shown in euros including VAT on the website. MOSAIC Therapy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; training courses are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of registration.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment can be made by:
- Bank card
- Bank transfer
- Coverage by a training organization (OPCO, Pôle Emploi, etc.)
5.3 Payment Facilities
Payment facilities may be offered upon request. A payment schedule will then be established and must be respected.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 6353-5 of the French Labor Code, the trainee has a withdrawal period of 10 days from the signing of the professional training contract. This withdrawal must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
7. Cancellation and Postponement
7.1 Cancellation by the Trainee
In case of cancellation after the withdrawal period:
- More than 30 days before training starts: 100% refund
- Between 15 and 30 days: 30% retention of registration fees
- Less than 15 days: 50% retention of registration fees
- Absence without prior cancellation: no refund
7.2 Cancellation by MOSAIC Therapy
MOSAIC Therapy reserves the right to cancel a training session in case of force majeure or insufficient number of participants. In this case, registered trainees will be fully refunded or offered another session date.
8. Access to Training Area
Access to the online training area is personal and confidential. Login credentials may not be shared. MOSAIC Therapy reserves the right to suspend or close access in case of fraudulent use.
9. Intellectual Property
All training content (educational materials, videos, documents) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from MOSAIC Therapy.
10. Certification
MOSAIC certification is issued after validation of the entire training pathway and successful completion of assessments. Certification criteria are communicated at the beginning of training.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected is subject to computer processing in accordance with GDPR. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
MOSAIC Therapy is committed to providing quality training but cannot be held responsible for results obtained by trainees in their professional practice. The MOSAIC method must be practiced in compliance with the ethical rules of each profession.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
15. Modification of T&C
MOSAIC Therapy reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly consult the latest available version.
