MOSAIC Internal Certification
Validation of Skills in MOSAIC Therapy
The MOSAIC certification allows you to have your skills in MOSAIC therapy practice recognised, following a structured and assessed pathway.
It is based on an internal two-step procedure: skills assessment followed by a validation decision.
This certification is internal to MOSAIC Therapy. It is not registered with the RNCP or the Specific Directory.
Who is this certification for?
This certification is intended for helping relationship professionals who have completed the full MOSAIC training pathway and wish to have their level of mastery of the method formally recognised.

Access requirements
Access to the certification is subject to specific criteria. It requires in particular having completed the full MOSAIC training pathway, including:
MOSAIC Reference – simple trauma
MOSAIC – complex trauma
MOSAIC – anxiety disorders, phobias & OCD
MOSAIC – depression
MOSAIC – addictions
As well as the associated supervision and practice exchange sessions.
Validation also relies on active participation in the pathway, knowledge acquisition and its implementation in real-life situations.
Assessment methods
The certification is based on a skills assessment comprising:
Written file
Preparation and analysis of a skills portfolio
Clinical case
Presentation of a clinical case before the panel
Panel discussion
In-depth discussion on practice and skills
The objective is to assess the ability to apply MOSAIC protocols in a structured, coherent and situation-appropriate manner.
Procedure
The defence takes place in person or remotely, under conditions ensuring the quality of exchanges and respect for confidentiality.
File review
Thorough examination of the written file submitted by the candidate.
Clinical presentation
Detailed presentation of a clinical case illustrating mastery of the MOSAIC method.
Panel discussion
Discussion to assess the candidate's understanding and adaptability.
Panel and decision
The assessment is carried out by the MOSAIC Therapy Management, possibly accompanied by confirmed practitioner-trainers. The validation decision is made at the end of the assessment.
Rigorous assessment
A process supervised by MOSAIC method experts to ensure the quality and consistency of the certification.
Outcome
In case of validation
You receive a decision notification and a personalised document attesting to the certification.
In case of non-validation
Areas for improvement may be suggested to support your professional development.
The use of the associated title is regulated and subject to specific conditions.
Framework
This certification is based on an internal framework of MOSAIC Therapy. It attests to a level of mastery of the method, without constituting a state-recognised professional certification.
