Become a MOSAIC Training Assistant or Supervisor

Two engagement pathways to contribute to the transmission of MOSAIC therapy and support practitioners.

Getting involved in MOSAIC transmission

The transmission of MOSAIC therapy relies on experienced practitioners, committed to their practice and capable of supporting other professionals. The roles of training assistant and supervisor correspond to different levels of involvement, with specific requirements.

1

Training assistant pathway

The training assistant role involves providing support during MOSAIC training sessions, working with trainees during their practical phase. It is part of a deeper learning approach to the method and participation in the teaching dynamic.

Main responsibilities

Supporting trainees during practice sessions
Helping with understanding and applying protocols
Contributing to the smooth running of sessions

The assistant works in line with the framework set by the trainer and in compliance with MOSAIC protocols.

Access to the training assistant role is subject to criteria, including:

  • Obtaining MOSAIC certification
  • Sufficient clinical practice
  • Prior approval from the teaching team
2

Supervisor pathway

The supervisor role involves supporting practitioners in their clinical practice and in integrating MOSAIC therapy. It requires thorough mastery of protocols, clinical analysis skills and a supportive approach.

Main responsibilities

Supporting practitioners in individual or group supervision
Analysing clinical situations
Helping with integration and practice adjustment

The supervisor works within a structured framework, in connection with MOSAIC standards and under the responsibility of the training organisation.

The supervisor role is not simply an extension of clinical practice, but a specific function requiring dedicated validation.

Access to the supervisor role is conditional, in particular on:

  • A prior pathway as an assistant
  • Significant clinical experience
  • Specific validation by the teaching team

A structured progression

The training assistant and supervisor pathways follow a progression logic. The supervisor role requires prior experience and specific validation. Each stage is based on access criteria, assessment and validation.

A demanding framework

These pathways require genuine commitment to practice, respect for the MOSAIC ethical framework and active participation in training and supervision. These pathways do not constitute an automatic right of access to a role. Each application is considered individually.
